How do I redeem my welcome kit?

Please use the email address where you received this link as you log-in for the redemption site. Once you select your country, follow through each page by clicking the according purple box to complete your redemption. There is no payment required to redeem your welcome kit and delivery charges are prepaid.

What information do I need to redeem my welcome kit?

You will need the email address where you received this link for redemption, phone number, and shipping address. Please note, we are not able to ship to PO boxes or hotels.

How do I know if I am eligible for a welcome kit?

Eligible recipients will be emailed a link that directs them to the order redemption site.

What if my email is not working and comes up as invalid?

Please use the email address where you received this link as you log-in for the redemption site. If notice comes up that your email is invalid, please try again and check to make sure there are no spaces added at the front or end of your email address. If the same notice comes up, please refresh your screen and attempt redemption once more. Please also ensure you have selected the proper country on the drop down, as that is the specific ordering site your email has been validated for redemption. If you continue to have issues, please contact customer service at accenture2@staples.com for further assistance.

How do I find my country?

Please click the down arrow in the purple "Country" box and use your mouse to scroll until you locate your country. Then, click your country to be prompted to the next page to order your welcome kit.

What if my shopping cart says no items have been added?

Please click back to the previous page and click "Add To Cart" once more. It may take a few moments for a green "Added to cart" button to populate. Once that appears, please click "Continue to Redeem" to provide your shipping details.

What if the order site errors out or comes up blank as I try to redeem my welcome kit?

Please refresh your screen to attempt redemption once more. If the site continues to show any errors, please wait 24 hours to try again before reaching out to customer service for additional support.

May I share the link with my validated email to another associate?

No. The link sent to you is intended for your redemption only. Please honor Accenture's core values by not forwarding or sharing this link with others.

If I receive a link to order am I required to redeem?

Participation to redeem a welcome kit is optional.

How do I check the status of my order?

After you place an order and it has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email which contains your order number.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing prior to contacting support for tracking information.

What if I don't receive an order confirmation after completing my redemption?

Please do not immediately attempt a secondary redemption. Please reach out to customer service at accenture2@staples.com to confirm your order was received or if a second attempt is needed.

Can I change my delivery address?

We do our best to ship orders quickly. Depending on the order status, you may be able to change your delivery address. Contact Customer Service at accenture2@staples.com for assistance.

Can I cancel my order after it is placed?

You can request a cancellation depending on the status of items in the order. Contact Customer Service at accenture2@staples.com for assistance.

Can I update my product selection after placing my order?

You are not able to customize the items in your welcome kit. The items are pre-selected by the Accenture global onboarding team, and substitutions are not available at this time.

Will I be charged for my welcome kit?

You will not be charged for your welcome kit.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow a minimum of 15 business days once you receive your order confirmation before contacting support to inquire about your tracking information. Order redemptions require 10-14 business days for shipments to be processed for dispatch. Please note, the ongoing global pandemic is causing disruptions to the supply chain that may cause delays.

What if my kit arrives damaged, defective, or is missing an item?
